Audi is a German automobile manufacturer that designs, engineers, produces, markets and distributes luxury vehicles but telling it to someone is useless cause you would find 1 in 1000 person who wouldn’t be aware about Audi. Audi has gained the position of an auto giant in most parts of the world through its terrific and awesome cars.
Audi may have become a well known successful brand but its success sits on 2 pillars Technology and Service. In order to bring these pillars honour, the company decided to launch a competition named as The Audi Twin Cup where all the dealership owners compete for 2 categories Technology and Service.
In the press conference, the company proudly speaks “The Audi Twin Cup is an initiative to recognize our dealer partners delivering exceptional customer service. We have invested extensively in training our staff over the years for strengthening the service levels”. They also added, “This has worked brilliantly with our teams displaying outstanding technical know-how and consistent customer focus.”
The latest news that comes forward is that recently National Audi Twin Cup took place in India. A total of 123 teams comprising of 370 Audi dealer technicians and service advisors competed for the coveted championship titles. Six Technical and six Service teams made it to the exciting finals where the team from Audi Gurgaon bagged the top spot in the Technology category and Audi Bhubaneshwar topped in the Service category. As the reports suggest the team from Audi Gurgaon exhibited exemplary technical skills to emerge as a winner in the category of Technology, while Audi Bhubaneshwar demonstrated their expert service skills to bag the title in the Service category. The winning teams will go on to represent India at the World Finals in 2018 competing with around 70 teams from 38 countries.
This was the seventh edition of the competition but there was no compromise in energy and will to win among the competitors thus the competition proved out to be extremely fierce just like those of previous years and as the reports suggest excellent demonstration of technical knowledge and service coordination. Mr Ansari added, “Audi India is committed to enhancing the ownership experience and ensuring that every touch point is managed in a way that is relevant and meaningful to today’s customer”. He also described that The Audi Twin Cup tests the customer orientation and technical knowledge of the participants.
